What is a Booth Sponsor?

Booths are what make this event as fun and exciting as it is. These activities are what the children get to experience and what they will talk about with their friends and family for the days and weeks following the event. Each year, our goal is to have the best booths for the children to really explore STEM and begin asking the questions of why and how things work.

This application is perfect for you if:

  • You have a great idea for a booth at the Expo that you would love to help work

  • You are a cool group of people wanting to help at a specific booth

What to Expect: The Timeline

Saturday, April 6

7:30am - Setup Begins
8:00am - Deadline to arrive
8:15am - All vehicles removed from plaza
9:00am - Doors open
11:00am - 12:00pm - Lunch for all day volunteers
2:00pm - Doors close to new participants
3:00pm - Event ends
3:00pm - 4:00pm - Tear down
