Who is in charge of the Expo?

The Society of Women Engineers, Wichita Professional Section is in charge of organizing the Expo every year, but we wouldn’t be able to achieve this without many of the wonderful companies around the Wichita area sponsoring this event. There are many levels of sponsorship (see Sponsorship page if interested), but every little bit helps! We are always grateful to partner with people from the community to make this event the best it can be!

Things to keep in mind:

In previous years, we had over 1,700 children (not including adults), so please plan adult supervision accordingly for however many children you intend on bringing. Also, there will be some activities outside, so plan accordingly for the weather.

The Expo staff can be seen in Staff shirts the day of the event as well as volunteers in Volunteer shirts. If you need help the day of, those are the folks you’ll be looking for!
