L: Fun and a little crowded
K: A lot of engineer things and crafty stuff
J: Fun and very crowded

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO AN ENGINEERING EXPO BEFORE?

All: Yes!

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE COOLEST ACTIVITIES THAT YOU GOT TO SEE OR DO?

J: The lava lamps!
K: The pins, when you got to make your own pins
L: The lava lamps
J: Oh and the Army Plumbing

WHAT ARE TINGS THAT YOU SAW OR DID AT THE EXPO THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRY AT HOME OR SCHOOL?

L: Elephant toothpaste
K: Lava lamps
J: Bouncy balls

DID YOU HAVE ANY FRIENDS THAT ATTENDED AS WELL? AND DID THEY HAVE FUN?

All: Yes and yes

WHAT DO YOU THINK WAS THEIR FAVORITE PART?

K: The buttons or the lava lamps
L: My friend liked the create station where you tried to make the car move without touching it
J: He liked the lava lamps and the place you had pictures taken

DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE EXPO NEXT YEAR?

All: Yes!

All: Yes!

THAT’S RIGHT! IS THERE ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE DONE THAT YOU THINK WOULD BE FUN TO HAVE AT ENGINEERING EXPO?

K: There was this one thing we did that had a string and you had to make a sleigh that would hold candy and as it moved it had to hold the candy
L: Ooblik
J: I like the volcanoes made out of clay
K: Dry ice bubbles. Where you have a tube and you put in dry ice and it blows out bubbles and then you can hold them on your hands

WHEN YOU GROW UP WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE?

L: I want to be a special needs teacher
J: A NASA Engineer
K: A surgeon or a physical therapist

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT IF SOMEONE WERE TO ASK YOU ABOUT ENGINEERING EXPO THAT YOU THINK THEY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE EVENT OR ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES THAT YOU WOULD WANT TO SHARE, WHAT WOULD YOU SAY?

L: If you have an older kid that doesn’t want to go to all the activities, have them sign up to be a volunteer
K: Or go to the other classes that are separate
J: I don’t know
